About Us

Established in 2003, we have built a reputation for delivering high quality work quickly, on time and on budget. Over nearly two decades, we have delivered a range of complex projects for clients in all sectors. Our work varies from writing simple business plans and quick consultancy to more complex feasibility studies.

In 2006 we launched a number of in house training programmes. We delivered to a range of clients including The Lion Hotels Group, Portmeirion Village and the National Trust. These were relaunched in 2017 and are available as short courses, full-day courses, masterclass sessions and executive coaching. Also in 2006 we diversified into the education sector. Projects included the development of online learning materials for TUI UK Plc. and conversion of qualifications frameworks for The Organisation for Tourism and Hospitality Management. We also developed new course materials for Regents College and The London College of Marketing.

Our knowledge and our ability to create successful businesses is proven through our development and management of our own businesses. This has included businesses in the IT, automotive, leisure, advertising and publishing sectors.

Today, our consultancy services extend beyond marketing, consultancy and business planning to include mentoring and coaching, administrative support services, design work, training and development, cost engineering and trustee and board development.

Managing Director Dr Peter Robinson, has, since the late 1990s, managed over 100 events and worked with over 500 businesses. He is a member of  The Tourism Society and the Tourism Society Consultants Network. He is a Fellow of the Tourism Management Institute, Fellow and Director of the Institute for Travel and Tourism (ITT) and a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. 

Peter has been an external adviser for a number of public and private sector education institutions, has advised on QCF frameworks and has worked with a number of exam boards and professional bodies. He has an international publishing profile and has spoken at a number of international conferences. Peter has also taken part in television and newspaper interviews.
